I didn't realise I was so partial to cookie.
Although, that said, I'm extrememly partial to a [pastel de nata](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pastel_de_nata) - they're a set custard tart in a very light, crispy pastry and they're delightful. I first had one in a KFC in China[^1] in 2018, when I went on a school trip there, without my parents and with many friends. It was quite the trip, and these tarts remind me of it.

# As a child, what was your aspiration for adulthood?
I wanted to own a Mini Cooper, and have successful business making flying cars. I don't want either any more, honestly, but I would like *a* car so I can go exploring and the like. I might live in a city with decent public transport but I can't help but feel there's so much more world to explore that I can't easily get to.
